Born in the wild

My roots are in South Africa. I was raised bilingually and feel deeply connected to the African continent. For me, Wild Leadership™ is more than a methodology it represents the essence of my experience.

Through Wild Leadership™, I guide organizations through transformation, focusing on leadership development, sales excellence, and intercultural communication. My approach integrates scientifically grounded methodology, strategic clarity, and emotional intelligence.

I translate nature's intelligence into scientifically validated coaching methods. Each animal analogy is linked to neuroscientific research and proven diagnostic tools.

My Journey 2010 — 2025
Over 15 years of intensive field research and behavioural observation of African wildlife through numerous safaris, specialized observation programs, and 6 months working in the Zambian bush.

  • Certified NLP Master, Coach & Trainer; Licensed for neuroscience-based 360° assessments
  • Certification in PSI Theory (Prof. Dr. Julius Kuhl)
  • Certified Coach (German Coaching Association - DCV)
  • Licensed Consultant for Potential Analysis and Aptitude Diagnostics
  • 15 years of experience coaching leaders and teams
  • Lecturer in Business Psychology at Euro Business College
  • Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management and Business Administration from a U.S. university
Professional Experience 
Over 15 years of leadership experience in consumer goods and luxury retail: Retail Manager at French fashion brand Formes (Paris), followed by several years as Retail Director at Montblanc with responsibility for all German retail operations (Hamburg), then responsible for the DACH region at Danish design furniture brand BoConcept. Consistent focus on building, leading, and optimizing profitability of high-performance sales teams.
Independent consultant, coach, and trainer since 2012 – specializing in leadership development and organizational transformation.
