The Big 5 for Business

The Method

Wild Leadership™ combines diagnostics, coaching, and training into a neurobiological approach to leadership development. You don't work on role-plays, you work on unresolved conflicts. The goal: instinctive responses that hold up in moments of truth.

Leadership doesn't begin with methods - it begins with self-knowledge. Our scientifically validated diagnostics reveal what unconsciously drives your behaviour: your motivation structure. Are you primarily performance-motivated, power-motivated, or relationship-motivated? These three drivers determine how you make decisions, manage stress, and lead others.

The Three Motivation Types – And What They Mean

Achievement-Motivated (Performance) leaders seek continuous improvement. The journey is the destination. They prefer solving problems independently, perfecting processes, and learning throughout their lives. Their challenge: they delegate poorly, get lost in details, and sometimes miss the bigger strategic picture.

Power-Motivated leaders want to shape outcomes and create impact. They think in visions, take responsibility, and inspire others. Their challenge: they can be overly convinced of their own perspective, struggle to accept criticism, and unintentionally override others.

Relationship-Motivated leaders build connection and trust. They have a keen sense for atmosphere, hold teams together, and create harmony. Their Achilles heel: conflict avoidance, lack of goal orientation, and difficulty setting clear boundaries.

What You'll Receive
You won’t just learn which type you are – you’ll discover your individual blend. No one is one-dimensional. The diagnostics reveal:

  • Your primary motivation structure (conscious and unconscious)

  • Your leadership strengths and where you get in your own way

  • How you react under stress and which patterns block you

  • How to recognize different motivation types in your team and lead them effectively

From Insight to Impact
Diagnostics aren't an end in themselves. They're the starting point for real change. When you know that as an achievement type you tend toward perfectionism, you can consciously learn to delegate. When you recognize as a power type that your vision steamrolls others, you can ask questions instead of giving answers. When you understand as a relationship type your conflict avoidance, you can train yourself to speak uncomfortable truths.

Measurable. Scientifically validated. And above all: applicable in your daily leadership practice.

Diagnostics show you what drives you, coaching shows you how to lead with it. The difference between knowing and doing is practice. Between insight and effectiveness lies implementation. In coaching, we don't work on hypothetical cases, we work on your real challenges: the difficult team member, the postponed decision, the conflict you're avoiding. The goal isn't to memorize perfect scripts, it's to develop instinctive response patterns that function under pressure. Because leadership isn't decided in the seminar room – it's decided in the moment of truth.

From Knowing to Doing
Insight alone changes nothing. In coaching, we translate your diagnostic insights into concrete leadership practice. We don't work on theoretical cases, we work on your real challenges: the team member who isn't delivering, the decision you keep postponing, the conflict you're avoiding, the role you're struggling to grow into.

Authenticity Over Perfection
Wild Leadership™ coaching follows a clear principle: it's not about appearing perfect – it’s about being authentically effective. We don't work with role-plays, we work with real situations from your leadership practice. You won't memorize scripts, you'll develop instinctive response patterns that fit who you are.

Grounded in Neuroscience
Our coaching approach is based on neuroscientific understanding of how people react under pressure. When stress rises, we default to automated patterns, often the very ones that don’t work. In coaching, you train new neural pathways: How do you handle resistance without falling into defensiveness? How do you make decisions without freezing in perfectionism? How do you stay clear without becoming harsh?

What Actually Happens
Each coaching session begins with your current challenge. We analyse: What triggers you? Which pattern is running? What unconscious motivation drives your reaction? Then we work on concrete alternatives, not as theory, but as lived experience.
You don’t just rehearse difficult conversations mentally, you practice them physically. You feel where your system blocks. You experience what a different stance feels like. And you develop strategies you can implement the next day.

Measurable Change
Effective coaching shows up in daily practice. That’s why we work with concrete weekly commitments: small, challenging tasks between sessions. You implement, reflect, and adjust. This creates lasting change – step by step, authentic and effective.

Training

Coaching transforms you – training transforms your team. When multiple leaders work on their approach simultaneously, collective transformation emerges. Yet traditional training fails at transfer: everyone nods in the seminar room, nothing changes in daily practice. Wild Leadership™ training works differently. You don't work with role-plays, you work with real conflicts. Not with PowerPoint theory but with emotional intensity. The goal: new neural patterns that hold under pressure. Because lasting change doesn't require perfect answers, it requires genuine experience that goes beneath the surface.

Experience Leadership, Don’t Just Learn It
Our training programs work differently. No PowerPoint marathons. No attendance sheets with “actively listened” checkmarks. Instead: real situations, real emotions, real conflicts. Wild Leadership™ training is intensive because leadership is intensive.

The Three Core Elements

  1. Dropping the Mask – The first step to authentic leadership is letting the professional facade fall away. In this module, you work on showing your genuine reactions instead of delivering perfect answers. You practice vulnerability as a leadership tool, not as weakness, but as strength.
  2. The Emotional Wilderness – Leadership means navigating uncertainty. In this intensive experience, you work with your own fears, doubts, and triggers. You don’t learn to suppress them – you learn to use them as information. When you know your own inner wilderness, you can guide others through theirs.
  3. The Arena – This is where it gets real. You bring your actual leadership conflicts into the room. No role-plays. No constructed scenarios. You face the situation you've been avoiding. With feedback, with support but without escape routes. Here you're not training methods. You're training yourself.

Why It Works
Neuroplasticity – the brain’s capacity to change – requires intensive experience. Lectures change nothing. Insight changes little. But when you survive a difficult confrontation, when you feel that authenticity works better than perfection, when you experience that vulnerability builds trust, that’s when new neural patterns form.

Who Is This For?
Leaders ready to push their boundaries. Who aren’t searching for the next method, but for the next version of themselves. Who understand that leadership isn't a technique, it's a stance.

What You Take Away
No toolkit. No checklist. But a transformed way of living leadership. Measurable in your behaviour. Felt by your team. Lasting in your impact.

Keynotes on the
5 forces of effective leadership

Elephants navigate droughts through collective wisdom. Lions rule through presence, not aggression. Leopards master volatility through adaptation.
